1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy has been drafted in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation (incl. GDPR for the EU/EEA) and defines the procedures for processing personal data and the security measures taken by InmoLux (the «Operator»).

1.1. The Operator regards the protection of human rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data — including the right to privacy and to the confidentiality of personal and family life — as the core principle of its operations.

1.2. This Privacy Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors of the website.

2. Key terms used in this Policy

2.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data by means of computer equipment.

2.2. Blocking of personal data — the temporary suspension of processing personal data (except where processing is necessary to clarify the data).

2.3. Website — the set of graphic and information materials, software and databases that ensures their availability on the Internet at the corresponding address.

2.4. Personal data information system — the set of personal data contained in databases together with the technologies and technical means that support its processing.

2.5. Anonymisation of personal data — measures that make it impossible to identify, without additional information, that the data relate to a specific User or other data subject.

2.6. Processing of personal data — any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether automated or not, including collection, recording, organisation, storage, alteration, retrieval, use, disclosure (distribution, provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, erasure or destruction.

2.7. Operator (Controller) — a public authority, legal or natural person who, alone or jointly with others, organises and/or carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes of processing, the categories of data and the operations performed.

2.8. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website.

2.9. Personal data authorised by the data subject for distribution — personal data to which an unrestricted group of persons has been granted access by the data subject via consent to such distribution, in the manner prescribed by applicable law.

2.10. User — any visitor of the website.

2.11. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or specific group of persons.

2.12. Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (including publication in the media, posting on information and telecommunication networks, or otherwise providing access).

2.13. Cross-border transfer of personal data — the transfer of personal data to a foreign country, to a foreign authority, foreign individual or foreign legal entity.

2.14. Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in personal data being irreversibly destroyed without the possibility of restoring its content in the personal data information system and/or in the destruction of the physical media containing the personal data.
